If you registered in the Fanzone, you have the possibility to create a clan in our Clanbase. This function is ready for each user.
The basic functions of the Clanbase including the creation, specify and select how users can join and set up the clan description.
1. Creating a Clan
Creating a clan is quite simple. You should use a small button in the Clanbase over which a clan can set up quickly and easily. Then you get to the first Settings Page.
Here you can now enter the name of the clan, select a category, upload a clan logo (max. 300x300 pixels), select how users can join the clan and you can describe your clan.
If the clan is created, it will be checked by a Staff member and your clan will be activated by him.
2. Administrate your Clan
You can now select one of the four tabs displayed on the Settings Page.
2.1 General
Here you can move your clan to another user. Thats useful for changing the leadership of a clan.
On this tab you can invite users to your clan or you can accept applications. Note: Only one user will be invited per sending.
On the options you can activate or deactivate some modules:
Across the groups you can manage and control your clan. You can assign users to groups and configure the groups. It works with the clan internal rights system. Three groups are preset and you can configure the groups by clicking on them.
You can change the name and the rights of a group. Following rights are included:
2.3 Members
Here you can assign members to a group or delete them.
2.4 Clan Pages
The Clan pages are a good way to represent your clan in many different ways. Clan pages are good for Rules inside of a clan or for something other. You have the full control and can set what you want.
3. Edit the Clan
That's the Main Settings page. Here you can change everything of your Clan.
4. Some special notes
Our Clanbase is in a RC built (Release Candidate). In the first Beta it will become some nice Features. One of them are Clan forums. Many more are planned for the future.
